Torrevieja Expands Citizen Services in Census and Statistics
???? Starting March 6, online appointments will be available for new registrations and address changes.
The Census and Statistics Department of the Torrevieja City Council has enhanced its Citizen Assistance Service to simplify the registration process.
???? Walk-in services (no appointment needed) include:
✔️ Census renewal (for non-EU residents, every 2 years)
✔️ Census confirmation (for EU residents, every 5 years)
✔️ Registration of newborns
✔️ Justified emergencies
✔️ Assistance with Cyber Kiosk issues
???? From Thursday, March 6, those needing to register a new address or make changes can schedule an appointment online through the City Council’s electronic portal.
To improve accessibility, a QR code has been made available on the municipal website and at the entrance of the Census and Statistics Office.
